Okay, I just started conditioning for my Martial arts ( Which I just started as well)
My current schedule:
Monday: Run 1 Mile on treadmill, Do 100 40lb bench reps, 50 kicks with each leg.
Tuesday: Run 1 mile on treadmill, 100 Kicks with each leg. Go to lesson.
Wendsday: Run 2 miles on treadmill, Punching excercises, do 100 [...]
